The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a book and send it to you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and you can have it deleted by sending one email.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you buy a book, claim a free book, or contact us.
- Order details — which titles you bought, when, and the amount.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
How we use it
- To deliver the book you purchased or requested.
- To provide support, resend a download, or issue a refund.
- To send new-release emails, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
Who else touches your data
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
- Google Workspace — our email.
Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. Nobody else receives your information, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email support@pmvpublishing.com and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no charge.
Cookies
This site uses only what is required to function. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above.
