Who we are
This site is operated by PMV Holdings LLC, trading as PMV Publishing ("we", "us"). We publish and sell digital eBooks written by Brian Courrier. You can reach us any time at support@pmvpublishing.com.
What you are buying
Every product on this site is a digital eBook delivered as a download. Nothing is shipped physically. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged as a single one-time payment — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
After payment you receive a download link by email. Download links are time-limited for security; if yours expires or fails, email us and we will send a fresh one at no cost.
Your licence to read
When you buy a book you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices, for as long as you like. You may keep your copy permanently and re-download it on request.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or reproduce the book in whole or in part, and you may not strip or alter any rights information. The text remains the copyrighted work of the author.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your card statement will show PMV PUBLISHING.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, we handle refunds case by case, and we are reasonable about it. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund duplicate purchases, failed downloads, or a book that simply was not what you expected. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Promotional codes
Codes are issued by us and may be limited to specific titles, limited in number, or withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
Free books and email
Where a book is offered free in exchange for an email address, you are joining our readers' list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your right to keep any book you already received.
Availability and changes
We may add, withdraw, or re-price titles at any time. A price change never affects an order already placed. We aim to keep this site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
Our books are works of fiction offered for enjoyment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States.
